The letter

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to your company to complain on your production which I have bought in your shop. I want you to return money for it.

5 days ago I have visited your shop to buy a CD player for my own reason. Ypor shop assistant recomended me to buy that CD player which advising because it was cheap and good-quality. I agreed and its garanty for 2 years. There was also said that of this CD player would break during one week your shop will return my money.

When it broke I returned it to the shop. After, when your workers returned a CD player, they said, that it was working. But when I checked it, it was not working. Then they said that time for returning was over and they could not have done anything.

I looking forward to hear from you, that you will think about this problem and come to compromise. If not, we will see in court.
